Ben’s journey began at a young age as a programmer. He was contracted to help devise systems for the Army Corp of Engineers for their process management functions, and the task at hand sparked a journey to today. He gained hands-on experience and a deep understanding of production processes at world class facilities such as Abbott Labs, Merck, Bristol Meyers Squibb, Blue Circle Cement, DAK Americas, Graphic Packaging and more. This early exposure ignited his passion for manufacturing, leading him to explore various facets of the industry, from design and engineering to quality control and supply chain management. Over the years, Ben has worked with numerous cutting-edge technologies, witnessing firsthand the evolution of manufacturing from traditional methods to modern, automated processes. His diverse background and comprehensive knowledge set the stage for the creation of a company that would embody the future of manufacturing.
